The House

Le Clos du Marais is a charming house in the heart of Anjou.


You will have a very pleasant stay in this restored 19th century farmhouse. Calm and authenticity await you in a bucolic setting.


You have a reception room that can accommodate 12 people, a fireplace and a space where you can consult all the useful documentation to discover our region.


A staircase will serve the 4 bedrooms located on the mezzanine.

A room located on the ground floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility.


A games area with table football, Playmobils, board games are at your disposal

The swimming pool

Enjoy the swimming pool between the house and the marshes and a panoramic view of the pond.


Ecological, it is supplied with water from the spring and is treated with salt, so there is no risk of chlorine allergy for the most sensitive.


With 1.40m deep and 4.5m wide, you will have all the space you need to relax and have fun.

the pond

The marshes consist of two basins, fed by a spring and which flow into the pond.


The set is at your disposal for swimming and fishing. Carp and roach are waiting for you! 2 beautiful sturgeons accept the competition but the release is required. The contest is open for whoever will catch our oldest and most beautiful specimen!

Animals

For young and old, you can approach certain animals from our estate. There's Ola, the family dog, who is still a little playful. She loves to play football... Don't hesitate to throw the ball to her!

There is also the cat "Monsieur Patate" who thinks he is a dog! because it follows each one of us!

Two hens are free in the park and 4 sheep.

Maya, the biquette, has come to join this whole little family.
